什么时候触发
当你与 Claude 讨论完一个功能或需求后，直接要求它“把讨论内容写成 spec”或类似指令时触发。
装好后可以这样说
Claude 会生成 PRD 并创建 issue。
Claude 会合成 spec 并发布到项目。
